Our Farmstead Raw Milk Aged Feta is an awesome example of just how rich and creamy our goats milk really is. A true artisan cheese, made in small batches from the freshest milk from our herd. Our Aged Feta ripens in a barrel of light brine for at least 6 months. The texture breaks down to a most unusual level of creamy-ness. The cultures in the milk develop a whole nuance of subtle flavors. A true delight - it's not your average store bought feta.
