Tandoori Chicken with Rice: Skinless thighs are marinated in a tenderizing mixture of yogurt, lemon juice, and homemade spices. Grilled and simmered with onions & peppers, it sits juicy on jasmine rice.
Keema Matar with Rice: Keema is nothing but minced meat. In India mostly we refer to minced mutton as keema. But any other meat including any poultry can also be used. Ground chicken, peas, onions, ginger,garlic,tomatoes, cilantro, salt, turmeric, chili powder, coriander, Garamond masala, olive oil.
Mixed Vegetables with Rice: Cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, and peas cooked with ginger, garlic, cilantro, and homemade spice blend.
