We love cooking with lots of fresh vegetables, leaning toward what’s local and in season. We are constantly coming up with new specials, and the ingredients on most of our menu items change seasonally. We offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, and source our meat & dairy from local purveyors around town. We love beans and whole grains, leafy greens and fresh fruit. At Juicy Kitchen we consider ourselves healthy foodies!

All meals get dropped at White Lotus at noon, so please choose a pickup time after 12 with your order.

ROASTED VEGGIE & AGED CHEDDAR QUICHE - $6.25/slice, $30/whole

Michigan eggs & dairy, roasted broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, summer squash, green onion, and aged white cheddar all baked in a Crust Baking Co. shell. 

SWEET POTATO & POBLANO CHILI - $7/pint, $13/quart

A hearty, smokey chili made with roasted sweet potatoes, poblanos, black beans, pinto beans, tomatoes, bell peppers, & onion. Vegan, No Gluten 


Pureed butternut squash, cauliflower, brown butter, and green chiles wrapped in flour tortillas and topped with house enchilada sauce, aged white cheddar, and manchego. Vegetarian



Sauteed kale, organic quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, caramelized onions, & black beans tossed in our house made sun-dried tomato vinaigrette. Vegan, No Gluten
