Sweet Potato Ice Cream Pie
It’s back!! The pie that made Granny go a little crazy last Thanksgiving is back in town and better than ever! Sweet potatoes, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg – oh man, this very special ice cream is like a hug for your soul. We churned it up and then added it to a homemade graham cracker crust, swirled in our salted caramel sauce, then topped it with our homemade vanilla marshmallow fluff! And, of course, we had to get out the torch and toast the top for extra roasty-toasty Thanksgiving flavor. Take it from us, if you bring this pie to Thanksgiving this year, you are guaranteed to be invited back next year!
