Summer Meadow is the pasteurized version of our loved wild meadow.

Rich and creamy cows milk makes this cheese a semi-hard buttery delight. Current batch is just 3 months old, but has developed a rich buttery, nutty flavor with a tanginess that leaves you wanting more!

Delicious with crackers or a baguette, also great for grilled cheeses!
