Chardonnay Maple Mustard

This wholegrain yellow mustard has the perfect balance of savory and sweet. We marinate yellow mustard seeds in oaky chardonnay and combine that with shallots finished in pure maple syrup.
Add character to any sandwich, cheese plate, dressing, side or main dish you can shake a fork at. Try it on roasted fingerling potatoes, as a glaze on hickory-smoked ham or grilled salmon fillets.
