Our fresh Chèvre is particularly creamy and light. Because we use the freshest milk possible, our cheese is light and tangy without the "goaty" flavor.
This week, give one of our original flavors a try! We have our rich creamy provencal white plain chevre (amazing with some Beau Bien Apricot Riesling preserves), and our Provencal Herb Chevre which has a perfectly balanced mix of herbs. Enjoy!

Roasted Lemon with herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper
One of our favorite savory Chevre flavors! This is zesty and lemony but well balanced by the olive oil and herbs. Cracked black pepper gives it a little spice. Delicious on toast, or over roasted veggies!
