Our fresh Chèvre is particularly creamy and light. Because we use the freshest milk possible, our cheese is light and tangy without the "goaty" flavor.

Sweet: Spiced Pear with Honey: Deliciously sweet pears cooked with clove, cinnamon, star anise, and honey. The sweet pear flavor comes through so nicely with this weeks flavor, and the hints of spices and sweetness of honey really push it to the next level!
